Joining Hands Visitation – Reconnecting Families & Creating Better Futures Reconnecting Families Building Better Futures OUR MISSION Our mission is to strengthen the familial bonds between children and their noncustodial parents whether placed in the foster care system or involved in custody disputes in the family law courts of Washington State. Every child has the right to a relationship with their noncustodial parent if circumstances allow. With an unbiased approach we advocate for building stronger family ties the independence of reunited families and better futures one child at a time. Reconnecting Families Building Better Futures PARENTCHILD VISITATION Joining Hands Visitation JHV is a child welfare agency dedicated to providing parentchild visitation PCV services to children in the foster care system of Washington State and those involved in custody disputes due to divorce separation domestic violence or other family law matters.
