MultiUse Ice Complex In Upstate New York Upstate Ice Plex Inc. is a Not for Profit NFP 501c3 and we are in the beginning stage of creating a multiuse ice complex that would engage the community and kids for activities related to sports. We call this an ice plex. We have gained support from school districts colleges officials large and small businesses.
