Community Collaboration for Children C Community Collaboration for Children Inc High Point NC We Are Connectors C is a collaborative 501c3 nonprofit in High Point NC focused on the health and wellbeing of children by walking the walk with them. We are connectors with other community agencies to provide quality targeted and intentional support services to help children overcome the impact of poverty violence and conflict. C has kept me and my children from being homeless but they are also my emotional support as we learn to overcome the abuse we suffered prior to my divorce.
