ABOUT DAKOTA Our Story My Name is Dakota and I was born 5 months premature at 22 weeks. I made my grand entrance into this world on January 2 2017 weighing in at a whopping 1 lb. I even went under 1 lb during my hospital stay at Hillcrest Hospital Cleveland Clinic in Ohio.
