We uplift local leaders to empower women in poverty as entrepreneurs to create jobs earn a dignified income and provide for their families. Our Impact 2023 Impact Report Focus on Women Theresia joined ROSE as a single mother of 7 children had less than a primary school education and did not earn an income. Theresia was one of the first women to graduate the 1year ROSE program.
