Mended Hearts Who We Are Our Practice Mended Hearts is a nonprofit therapeutic counseling center that has been helping families adults and children for over 15 years. We are located in a beautiful rural setting on 12 acres of land in Metamora IL. Come enjoy your counseling session while riding a horse playing with the dogs doing arts and crafts baking going on a walk or maybe you want to do it the traditional way. At Mended Hearts you get do decide how you want to spend your time with us.
