EVP website WHO WE ARE The Emergency Volunteers Project EVP was established 19 years ago to train volunteers to become emergency responders in their home communities and train first responders and equip them with more skils according to the Israeli approach. EVP also deploys volunteers to disasters areas as part of official delegations sent from Israel. Since our foundation we have trained thousands of volunteers in the US and Israel by instructors from the Israeli emergency services the IDF and other agencies as well as EVP trainers training them to better respond to events during crisis and disaster areas. We are the only organization that has the approval from the Israeli Parliament Minister of Defense Minister of Interior the IDF and the Israeli Fire Rescue Services to do what we do.
