With an ongoing commitment to expanding access to quality affordable and accessible primary and preventive healthcare services we work to support individuals and communities in reaching their full health potential. With our two sister companies IowaHealth a clinically integrated network owned and managed by 11 Iowa CHCs and the Iowa PCAdedicated to providing payor agnostic and valuebased care while furthering the unique mission of CHCs and INConcertCare our health information technology organization that provides essential technology and data support to Iowas CHCs we provide a wide range of supports and are strong partners throughout the healthcare system.
