OUR MISSION RGV DOwn Syndrome association The mission of the RGV Down Syndrome association is to build relationships advocacy and support for individuals with down syndrome and their families in the Rio Grande Valley. Who We Are The Rio Grande Valley Down Syndrome Asscoation serves families in South Texas including McAllen Mission Pharr Edinburg San Juan Harlingen and the surrounding areas. We provide support education and advocacy for individuals with Down syndrome their families and communities. WHAT WE DO The RGVDSA has activities for all ages.
