The Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association - Home est. 1918 The Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association CIPLA is open to any member of the bar who devotes a substantial portion of his or her professional time and interest to the practice of intellectual property law including the law relating to patents trademarks copyrights trade secrets and antitrust law and who complies with the applicable laws and professional standards. In addition CIPLA is open to registered patent agents and law students interested in intellectual property law. Persons interested in joining CIPLA are encouraged to apply using the online Membership Application.
