The 3 Doors Transforming Lives Through MEDITATION Igniting creative change from the inside out The 3 Doors offers contemplative meditation practices rooted in Tibetan Buddhism. Our online and inperson programs support personal reflection and transformation in the safe space of inclusive community. Together we discover the capacity to be fully present to our own lives and the lives of others and to meet the challenges of our world with wisdom and compassion. Get Started Explore the healing qualities of the breath and the power of lovingkindness with this 30minute guided meditation with 3 Doors Senior Teacher Marcy Vaughn This guided practice was first presented at a 3 Doors retreat in November 2024.
