Established in 2008 by Kapolei homestead leaders KCDC serves as a vital conduit for community empowerment and development. Comprising esteemed community leaders from the Maluohai Kaupea and Kanehili homestead communities the KCDC board is dedicated to implementing initiatives that uplift and support residents. Through strategic partnerships advocacy efforts and targeted programs KCDC works tirelessly to address the diverse needs and aspirations of Kapolei39s residents fostering a thriving and inclusive community for generations to come.
