The National CASA/GAL Association for Children supports a network of 939 state CASA/GAL organizations and local CASA/GAL programs in 49 states (all but North Dakota) and the District of Columbia. On April 22, federal funding for the National CASA/GAL Association was terminated, halting OJJDP federal financial support for new programs and some existing programs.
