Lavender Rights Project On June 8th Lavender Rights Project ushered in a night of laughter community and resistance at our Black Trans Comedy Showcase 2024 fundraiser. This pride season we are reminded of how acts of resistance have always existed alongside the joys of communion on this quest toward liberation. Check out our photos commemorating the night of conjuring joy community building and laughing until we cry all the while raising funds to secure housing legal protections and the overall wellbeing of Black trans life in Washington State and beyond. Protecting Black Trans Life Lavender Rights Project elevates the power autonomy and leadership of the Black intersex gender diverse community through intersectional legal and social services.
