We are blown away by how many friends of CIFC showed up for our online auction fundraiser and the profound generosity of this community. The auction closed last night and raised just over $19,000 in support of new construction on the island. We are in a flurry of activity this week creating tax letters and preparing to ship out auction items. The auction software will soon choose a winner for the cyanotype quilt raffle winner - we are awaiting a few outstanding ticket payments. We will first contact the winner directly and then announce the winner on social media. Thank you to everyone who donated an item, purchased a raffle ticket, bid on items, helped fund purchasing equipment, and donated to this project. Merci beaucoup!! (fb)
