The Encore Musical Theatre Company

The Encore Musical Theatre Company is a nonprofit organization dedicated to producing high-quality musical theater in Southeast Michigan. Founded in 2008 by Broadway actor Dan Cooney and local residents Anne and Paul Koch, the company aims to enrich the local cultural landscape by bringing professional musical theater to the historic Village of Dexter.

The Encore's mission is to create engaging theatrical experiences through a diverse range of musical productions, including Golden Age classics, contemporary musicals, and new works.
