Winooski Valley Park District Home The Winooski Valley Park District WVPD is a cooperative partnership of eight member communities who share a common interest in protecting natural resources in the Winooski River Valley. Today WVPD manages and protects 18 Parks and Natural Areas 1750 Acres of Conservation Land 24 Miles of Trail 13 Miles of Shoreline on Lakes Ponds and Rivers The WVPD serves the member communities of Burlington Colchester Essex Essex Junction Jericho South Burlington Williston and Winooski. Parks are open to the public with no admission fees from dawn to dusk each day.
