This morning, CRISPAZ officially welcomed the delegation from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine to El Salvador for their Crossing Borders for Justice experience. Francisco Mena, CRISPAZ’s Executive Director, greeted the group and thanked them for embracing the challenge of embarking on this journey. Throughout their time in El Salvador and at the U.S.–Mexico border, they will explore complex issues such as migration, inequality, and violence — always with a focus on human dignity.
