We are looking for an area history-focused nonprofit with NO FULL-TIME staff to partner on a grant. If successful, the grant will pay for up to 5 hrs/week at no cost to the organization. The work can be: o Creating or enhancing historical exhibits that effectively educate the public and adhere to high scholarly standards. o Developing and delivering public cultural heritage programming that effectively engages the community and brings high-quality educational experiences to broader audiences. o Creating marketing material and strategies for host organizations, promoting them to broader audiences, and connecting cultural heritage organizations through coordinated marketing strategies to maximize their public appeal. o Digitizing historical documents and other items, making them accessible digitally to the public and preserving their content. o Creating digital programming to assist host organizations with reaching broader audiences. o Coach and assist Cultural Heritage organizations with collections management and curation of historical items, ensuring they are preserved correctly and displayed for maximum educational value. o Recruit and train volunteers to provide host institutions with additional human resources If interested, private message us or email admin@friendsofarrowrock.org ASAP (fb)
