Donate Birthday's to Richmond Children | Celebrate! RVA Bringing Joy to Every Child school year BIRTHDAY BAG DELIVERY Our Birthday Bag Delivery program brings celebration to more than 5000 children across the Richmond region every year. The 20242025 School Request Form can be completed here. Birthday bags will be delivered the first week of each month. Full of decorations cake making supplies small gifts and party hat decorating activity kits we hope that it will help your student feel celebrated and loved on their special day.
