Wilshire Health & Community Services | Serving San Luis Obispo County Wilshire Health Community Services From our beginning more than 75 years ago our founders dedicated themselves and our organization to providing quality health care and support during some of lifes most challenging moments. Today the notforprofit agencies of Wilshire Health Community Services are keeping that promise by providing comprehensive home health and hospice care physician services and safety net community support services for thousands of patients families and clients in SLO and Northern Santa Barbara Counties. During our 75 plus years of caring weve continually expanded our services and our reach to serve more and more of our neighbors at different points in their care journey.
