The Energy Council The Energy Council is a nonpartisan legislative organization comprised of 14 energyproducing states in the United States and two Canadian provinces. Formed in 1975 the Council serves as a forum for energy and related environmental policy dialogue. For half a century the Council has been at the forefront leading the discussion around responsible sound energy policy.
