WHO WE ARE Since 2017 Egg Spoon Theatre Collective has championed and produced new plays throughout New York Citys five boroughs. Through the programming of mainstage productions community focused readings and new play programs such as INCUBATION SERIES INCUBATE NYC were driven by our commitment to foster new work for New York City. OUR PROGRAMS INCUBATE NYC Egg Spoon is proud to continue our new works in the outer boroughs of NYC with INCUBATE NYC. The 2025 submission process is now open for playwrights of color who are based in QUEENS and THE BRONX.
