HWG EXECUTIVE SUMMARY HWG EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Health Without Gaps Foundation HWGF is a nonprofit philanthropic organization stirred by faith to create or improve access to health and social services in our communities. HWG focuses on the practice of population groups that are consistent with improving supporting and maintaining the wellbeing of communities. As an agent for healthenhancing behaviors HWGF partners with health and social organizations that work toward building healthy communities in Minnesota and beyond. SCREENING EXERCISE FOR PREGNANT WOMEN Volunteered nurses and health professionals gathered to provide medical support and screening services for pregnant women in the metro.
