San Diego County Fire is Proposing Inspection Fees San Diego County Fire is proposing charging fees for statemandated inspections. Local businesses will be greatly impacted by this change. When County Fire conducts its yearly inspections businesses will be charged for the inspector39s time which will include travel and report writing time.
