PTA of Bard High School Early College Queens Preserving the Tradition of Excellence at BARD. The Bard High School Early College BHSEC QueensPTA supports the students parents and faculty of BHSEC Queens to provide a positive learning environment for our children. There is no cost to join. Each year the PTA must raise at least 65000 to pay for school staff the Jupiter grading system club activities sports uniforms prom costs graduation arts and enrichment programs and school events.
