A Mother's Day Celebration of Sisterhood 🩷🌟 Today, we're celebrating the special bond between Lucy LaVigne (American) and her mom, Meredyth Childress (Baylor), who recently became sisters in Phi Mu through Alumnae Initiation at Gamma Delta Chapter. Meredyth didn’t join a sorority in college due to cost and timing, but through her lifelong commitment to service and community, she lived our values long before her Initiation. With encouragement from Lucy and support from the chapter at American, she joined Phi Mu alongside Lucy at her last Initiation Service as a collegian. Lucy shared, “Phi Mu has had such a strong, positive impact on my college experience and I’m so proud to share these memories with my mom now as I graduate.” This Mother’s Day, we’re reminded that it’s never too late to find your place in Phi Mu.
