This organization was incorporated in California as a nonprofit organization with 5014 status. The Unitedhmongvision is to create a road map or new leadership model to empowerhmongpeople lead and bring the Hmong Human Rights Violation case in Laos to get the international communitys attention and submit it to the Human Rights Council in Geneva to seek a solution between the Hmong and the Lao PDR government. On the other hand we want to organize Hmong in America to become a strong community.
