Exciting times ahead as we take a major step forward in modernizing care at Harbor Regional Health. We’re in the very early stages of a year-long journey to transition to MEDITECH Expanse, a modern electronic medical record (EMR) platform. This transition will support greater efficiency for our care teams and a more connected, seamless experience for our patients, whether you visit our hospital or one of our clinics. By unifying our hospital and medical group EMR systems, we’ll help ensure the right information is available at the right time, improving coordination, safety, and outcomes across the organization. Interoperability with other EMR systems, such as Epic, will also enhance continuity of care for our community. It’s a long but exciting process, and a big investment in the future of care at HRH.
