June is Alzheimer’s & Brain Awareness Month, a time to bring attention to and spread the word about Alzheimer’s disease and other dementia-related conditions. At Hospice of Central PA, our Choices Palliative Care Program provides specialized support for patients with dementia and their families. From managing symptoms and easing anxiety to guiding families through difficult decisions, our team is here to provide comfort, clarity and connection.
