Who we are Board of directors The National Coalition for Latinxs with Disabilities CNLD is a volunteer organization comprised of Disabled Latinx leaders and allies from across the nation. We came together in 2016 to form CNLD because we shared the experience of livingfracturedidentities in Disabled and Latinx worlds respectively.
