Home Health Care For All Ohioans Health Care For All Ohioans HCFAO is the educational arm of SPAN Ohio. The IRS has recognized Health Care For All Ohioans as a 501c3 public charity. As such contributions to Health Care for All Ohioans are deductible to the full extent allowed by law. Health Care For All Ohioans will be conducting the educational programs of SPAN Ohio such as supplying speakers educational materials tabling outreach and research.
