Celebrating our Seniors: Kalela Lauren Perea ’25 will attend the University of Oregon in the Fall. Kalela is from Dulce, NM. She attended Pagosa Springs Middle School. One of Kalela’s favorite memories is from the first and last softball senior season with her teammates, specifically the Wingate tournament! Celebrating our Seniors: Anthony Davis Cruz ’25 will attend the University of New Mexico in the Fall. Anthony is from Burley, Idaho and represents the Manuelito Chapter. He attended West Minico Middle School. One of Anthony’s favorite memories at Navajo Prep was when he and his friends Rayna, Lil Trey and Leannabah went to Tuba City and had a blast. He says that it was one of the best times because he got to hang out with his friends and learned a lot. Anthony is thankful for the Belins and Desmon Tippeconnie, because they always supported him and made him laugh. They helped him all the time and showed him everything he knows now.
