Reentry Through Relationship A Brighter Way empowers formerly incarcerated individuals returning to our community to achieve purposefilled lives with the guidance of a supportive experienced team. From a dark place A Brighter Way was founded because among the formerly incarcerated found no jobs at all within 4 years of release world prison population is in the US reduced chance of an interview call back arrested within 3 years of their release We believe the solution begins with relationships support community. The formerly incarcerated individuals we serve are able to find opportunity and growth with the support of a dedicated team. We call this process Reentry Through Relationship and we believe in it because weve seen it work.
