Donate Foster Adopt Volunteer Action for Animals APA Mission and Vision Our mission is to offer lifesaving programs and services to rescue atrisk companion animals in Doa Ana County and support people and their pets in living healthy and happy lives together. We envision a time when all companion animals in our community are treated with respect and kindness. Since May 2012 we have rescuedmore than 6300animals. Themajority of these have been dogs and catskittenspulled from ourmunicipal shelter.
