To reduce the occurrence of gun violence overcriminalization and mass incarceration. VISION MEOC seek to research develop and execute proven strategies steeped in a public health culture through the integration of community violence intervention and hospital linked violence prevention programs. Goals To mobilize communities of faith practitioners credible messengers and other local citizens in urban and disenfranchised neighborhoods that are underserved training them to organize and build collective power in the Black Community.
