The City of Roanoke's lots and garages are managed by PARK Roanoke and generally have lower rates than private lots. The closest parking options are Elmwood Lot and Elmwood Garage. PARK Roanoke will be charging a $5 fee for event parking via mobile pay. Lots open at 4pm. Reach out to PARK Roanoke directly with questions. After entering the park, head to one of the ID Check and Beer Ticket tents. Have your ID out for one of our volunteers to check. Drink tickets are $5 each and are valid for any alcoholic beverage being sold in the park (beer, wine, seltzers, etc.). Next, head to the beer truck. 🥪 Food Food will be available for purchase on-site. Vendors are Chick-fil-A, Top Dogs Mobile, Mr. Kettle Korn, and a dessert truck. DRI will sell water for $3, cash only. ✨Other Important Show Day Information✨ ◼️This event is Rain or Shine ◼️NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ◼️No UMBRELLAS or tents will be allowed inside Elmwood Park for the show. ◼️Blankets and seat cushions are allowed. Stadium seats without legs are allowed. Chairs will NOT be allowed. ◼️Saving seats for members of your party who have not yet arrived at the venue is not permitted. ◼️No firearms are allowed inside the venue. ◼️No outside food is permitted. Attendees will be allowed to bring in ONE SEALED bottle of water per person. ◼️Coolers are not allowed. ◼️We expect this crowd to be excited and on their feet, so choose your seat accordingly. ◼️Entrance to the show will be located on Williamson Rd or Franklin Rd. Entry will not be permitted from Bullitt Avenue. ◼️Ticket holders are encouraged not to line up prior to 2pm at the designated entry points. ◼️Food and beverages including beer will be available for sale inside the park. Ticket holders over the age of 21 wishing to purchase beer will need to get a wristband at a designated ABC ID checking tent. ◼️Cash and Credit Cards will be accepted for Beer Ticket sales inside the park. Ticket holders are also encouraged to bring cash as a backup. ATM’s will not be accessible during the event. ◼️No disposable cameras with or without detachable lenses, video cameras, or digital cameras.
