Our Marching Band and Color Guard welcomed the riders home at this year’s Action Cycling AV200 ride. The riders go 200 miles to raise funds to support efforts to find a vaccine for HIV. The ride started in 2003, and we have performed for the riders since 2007. It has been such an honor to perform for them, but this year was bittersweet. Sadly, his will be the last of the AV200 rides. Nevertheless, the work to create a safe and effective vaccine will continue on. (fb)
