Cultivates Healthier Communities What We Do 2011 Received the Cancer Prevention Research Institute of Texas award in 2011. HTCC was the first prevention grant recipient outside a large 2016 Awarded the Plan4Health grant in 2016 HTCC tested strategies to increase access to healthier foods in underserved communities. It was the first 2021 Created the Stop Six Community Corps from a subaward from Tarrant County Public Health for CDC funds in 2021. It enabled HTCC Welcome to Healthy Tarrant County Collaboration HTCC where hospitals public health organizations universities and other community partners join forces to cultivate healthier communities.
