In 2016 I joined the Y and fell in love with lifting and the atmosphere the Y provided. Everyone was so supportive and kind. I was able to drop 80 lbs in just a year and went on to join the powerlifting team at Ohio State University.

🌞 Summer’s Almost Here — So Are New Hours. 🏊♂️ Starting May 27 through Labor Day, the Shelby YMCA will be adjusting its hours for the summer. 🗓️ Summer Schedule ➡️ Monday–Thursday: 5 AM – 8 PM ➡️Friday: 5 AM – 7 PM ➡️ Saturday: 7 AM – 3 PM We’re closing a little earlier during the week, but we’re still here to help you stay active, connected, and well all summer long.
