AFK's mission is to enhance the lives of children with special needs and the high school athletes who mentor them. AFK is a youth mentoring program, focused on building supportive relationships between children with special needs and high school athletes. We carefully match each child with a qualified athlete who commits to mentoring a child for one to three years.
