This week marked the final session of our Cooking Matters course—a six-week program focused on nutrition education and hands-on cooking, created in partnership with the University of Minnesota Extension. This program would not have been possible without the generous support from the Ramsey/Washington Recycling & Energy Center, Saint Paul Public Schools, and the Saint Paul Police Department. A special thank you to our guest judges who joined us for the final day’s team cook-off challenge: Ramsey County Commissioner Xiong, Laurie Olsen from SPPS, CeAnn Klug from the University of Minnesota Extension, and Carly Miller, representing our very own Urban Village staff.
