Friends of the Library Friends of the Library San Tan Valley I cannot live without books but fewer will suffice where amusement and not use is the only future object. Our Mission Our mission is to encourage positive communication and establish effective relationships between the San Tan Valley Library and local citizens to advocate and represent the library through engaging community outreach in order to encourage support and promote the importance of child and adult literacy in our community. Friends of the San Tan Valley Library is a registered 501c3 nonprofit organization. We hold monthly meetings on the 3rd Tuesday of each month in the Bronze Room which is across from the library in the Pinal Administrative Building.
