PAL Celebrating 30 Years of Creativity and Community In 2025 the Perquimans Arts League PAL proudly celebrates its 30th anniversary marking three decades of fostering creativity and enriching the cultural landscape of our community. Since its founding in 1995 PAL has provided a space for artists to showcase their work offered educational programs for all ages and brought people together through the power of the arts.
