Matilda's Garden aims to find loving homes for cats in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. We are an all-volunteer foster-based non-profit cat rescue dedicated to helping area shelters achieve high live release rates, treating animals humanely and with compassion, and ending cat homelessness in north Texas though performing and educating with TNR. All cats adopted through Matilda's Garden are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, tested for FIV/FeLV, and microchipped. We hold regular adoption events and offer meet and greets with our fine felines by appointment. Though we are a new organization, our board has a long history of volunteering in animal rescue in DFW. For over 25 years, we have independently dedicated our time to shelter and stray cat rescue, TNR, and community advocacy and education.
