Since its founding in 1991 ICAN has remained dedicated to its mission to provide access to outofschool time opportunities that empower all youth and their families to pursue what is most meaningful to them. There are over 493300 youth living in Arizona communities where outofschool time programs are not accessible ICANs vision is to foster statewide collaborations to close the opportunity gap for youth and their families.
