We're driven by opportunity. The Arc Steuben helps self-advocates and their families by creating opportunities, so they can achieve their goals and dreams. The Arc Allegany-Steuben supports people with developmental and intellectual disabilities. The Arc Steuben is a private nonprofit organization founded in 1964 by parents of children with developmental disabilities. It is a chapter of The Arc New York, a statewide organization. The Arc Steuben is a partnership of dedicated people committed to working together to support people with disabilities and their families. We provide personalized opportunities, advocacy and support so that people realize their goals, dreams and full potential in a positive atmosphere of encouragement and achievement.
