F.A.S.T. PENNY WARS March 17th 21st. Mission of the Project FAST is a nonprofit volunteer organization. FAST is made up of community members parentsguardians and staff at Rochester Primary School. Our primary function is to enrich the basic school experience for all children by organizing and funding special activities and purchases to foster an increased sense of community ownership and pride in Rochester Primary School.
