We’re excited to announce our first summer internship program! Designed for college students and recent grads, this program will teach interns the ins and outs of running an international NGO. Interns will work to create patient resources, collaborate on fundraising initiatives, establish community connections and so much more! This is a remote position, with occasional co-working meet-ups. 8wk commitment, with flexible start and end dates. We anticipate roughly 10hrs of work per week. Interested? Through international humanitarian aid missions Deaf Defy brings sign language hearing aids and audiological care to Deaf children living in refugee camps and areas of conflict around the world. Were a Deafled team committed to improving outcomes for Deaf children everywhere. Who We Are Our Deafled team is composed of language acquisition specialists audiologists and interpreters all with a passion to serve Deaf children living in refugee camps and areas of conflict. What We Do Throughout the year our team travels to refugee camps and areas of conflict around the world.
