Helping Feed NYC Families A community built on reciprocity that reimagines our relationship to food and one another Pop Smoke Day Using food nutritionto create a healthierLower East Side The FOOD WITH FAM Community Health Project is a pilot program set to demonstrate the ways communitybased programming can provide preventative healthcare services and address systemic issues such as food insecurity and povertybased illness. FOOD WITH FAMCOMMUNITY HEALTH PROJECT Participants will receive weekly bags of free groceries chefprepared fresh meals health screenings and access to a nutritionist over the course of a sixmonth program.
